Shrimp Stir Fry
Ingredients:
- Shrimp (1 pound)
- Veggies (broccoli
- pepper
- snap peas
- bean sprouts
- …)
- ½ cup soy sauce (i used ¾ cup aminos)
- 1 t sesame oil
- Juice of 1 lime (i used less)
- 1 t cornstarch
- Pinch red pepper flakes
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Black pepper
- Salt
- 2 t vegetable oil
Instructions:
- Defrost shrimp overnight
- Stir fry shrimp 2 – 3 minutes until pink
- then remove to plate
- Stir fry veggies
- Whisk soy sauce
- sesame oil
- cornstarch
- lime juice
- spices
- Add sauce to stir fry along with shrimp
- Serve mixed with quinoa (rice
- noodles
- etc..)
